Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with USDA regulations, sanitation standards, and Kroger's quality control procedures.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers, driving sales of premium meat products.
• Train and develop team members on proper meat handling techniques and customer service best practices.
• Maintain department cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle customer complaints and special orders with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills
