• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
• Enforce strict sanitation and safety protocols in compliance with USDA, FDA, and Kroger guidelines.
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers, driving sales and satisfaction.
