• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection, special cuts, and recommendations.

• Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and report any spoilage or quality issues to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning cases, shelves, and equipment daily.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have basic knowledge of meat cuts and preparation methods. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly is required. Previous experience in food handling or retail is preferred. Kroger provides training for all associates to ensure success in this role.
