• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and assisting with special orders.
• Operate equipment such as slicers, grinders, and scales safely and efficiently.
• Monitor product freshness, rotate stock, and reduce waste through proper inventory management.
• Collaborate with department team members and management to meet daily sales goals and merchandising standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have basic knowledge of meat cuts and food handling. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods is required. Previous retail or food service experience is preferred. Kroger provides training for all associates to ensure success in this role.
