• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and assisting with special orders.
• Follow inventory control procedures, including receiving shipments, rotating stock, and minimizing waste.
• Operate department equipment such as slicers, grinders, and scales safely and efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have basic knowledge of meat cuts and food handling. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly is required. Previous experience in retail or food service is preferred.
