Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper temperature control and sanitation practices.
• Assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and special orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in receiving and stocking new merchandise.
• Operate equipment such as slicers, grinders, and scales safely and efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have basic knowledge of meat cuts and preparation methods. Physical stamina is required for standing long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a cold environment.
