• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection, recommendations, and special orders.
• Operate department equipment such as slicers, grinders, and scales safely and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock to ensure freshness, and assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and departmental targets.

Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates have basic knowledge of meat cuts, strong hygiene practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, but prior experience in food handling is preferred. This role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in refrigerated areas.
