Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about meat products, offering suggestions, and processing special orders.
• Follow all food safety guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and temperature control to prevent contamination.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have basic knowledge of meat cuts and preparation methods. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly is required. Previous experience in retail or food handling is preferred. Meat Clerks must be team players who thrive in a dynamic store setting, adhering to Kroger's commitment to quality and community service. Work Environment
