• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and assisting with special orders.
• Follow all food safety guidelines, including proper temperature control, labeling, and handling to prevent contamination.
• Operate department equipment such as slicers, grinders, and scales safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management, receiving deliveries, and pricing products accurately.

Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates possess basic knowledge of meat cuts and preparation methods, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
