Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have basic knowledge of meat products and strong customer service skills. Physical stamina is required for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a refrigerated environment. Previous experience in retail or food handling is preferred but not mandatory, as Kroger provides comprehensive on-the-job training.
