Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package meat products including cutting, grinding, and trimming to meet customer specifications.
• Ensure all displays are attractive, fully stocked, and priced correctly to drive sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat case, coolers, and work areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service by offering product recommendations and answering inquiries about meat cuts, preparation, and recipes.
• Follow all food safety guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and temperature control to prevent contamination.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess basic knowledge of meat products, strong knife skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Previous experience in a grocery or food service environment is preferred. Work Environment
