• Monitor product freshness, rotate stock, and reduce shrink by minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and support store promotions.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have basic knowledge of meat cuts and food handling. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly is required. Previous retail or food service experience is preferred. Kroger provides training for all associates to ensure success in this role.
