Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have basic knowledge of meat cuts and food handling. Physical stamina is required for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a refrigerated environment. Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are crucial in this fast-paced retail setting. Kroger provides training for food safety certification.
