• Operate meat department equipment such as slicers, grinders, and scales safely and efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have basic knowledge of meat cuts and preparation methods. Physical stamina is required for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a cold environment.
