• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection, recommendations, and special orders.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock to prevent spoilage, and report shortages to management.
• Follow all food safety guidelines, including proper temperature control, sanitation, and handling procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have basic knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly is required. Previous experience in retail or food handling is preferred. Kroger provides training for those new to the role.
