• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure availability.

Customer Focus

Interact directly with customers to provide expert advice on meat selections, recipes, and preparation methods. Resolve issues promptly to build loyalty and promote Kroger's meat department as the preferred choice in the community.

Leadership and Operations

Implement merchandising strategies, analyze sales data, and control costs. Ensure compliance with health regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies. Collaborate with store management to support overall store success. This role demands physical stamina for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a fast-paced cooler environment.
