• Assist customers with meat selections, provide product recommendations, and answer questions about cuts, pricing, and preparation methods.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and order supplies to ensure product freshness and availability.
• Operate meat processing equipment such as grinders, slicers, and saws safely and efficiently.
• Wrap, label, and display meat products attractively to drive sales and enhance visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with department team to meet daily production goals and support promotional activities.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have experience in meat cutting or butchery, with proficiency in knife skills and equipment handling. Physical stamina is essential for standing long hours and lifting heavy loads up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of food safety (ServSafe certification preferred) and customer service is required. Reliable attendance and teamwork are critical in this role.

Work Environment
