• Assist in merchandising meat displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Provide excellent customer service by offering product recommendations and special cut requests.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and minimize waste through proper handling techniques.
• Operate meat processing equipment such as grinders, slicers, and saws safely and efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have prior experience in meat cutting or butchery, strong knowledge of food safety practices, and the ability to work in a refrigerated environment. Physical stamina is essential for lifting heavy cuts of meat and standing for extended periods. Training will be provided on Kroger-specific procedures.
