  • Ensure all products are fresh, properly labeled, priced, and displayed in compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on meat selection, preparation methods, cooking tips, and recipe suggestions to build loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sanitizing equipment, surfaces, and storage areas daily.
  • Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock to minimize waste, and assist in ordering to meet demand.
  • Support team efforts during peak hours, including wrapping, weighing, and processing orders efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have prior experience in meat processing or a similar role, with strong knowledge of food safety practices. Physical stamina is required for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a refrigerated environment. Excellent communication skills and a passion for quality customer service are essential. Certification in food handling is a plus.
