Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on trucks, forklifts, and refrigeration units.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Kroger safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules using CMMS software.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have strong technical aptitude, 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, and familiarity with diesel engines and HVAC systems. ASE certification is highly preferred. The role requires physical stamina for lifting heavy parts, working in various weather conditions, and availability for on-call emergency repairs.
