  • Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and distribution teams to optimize the end-to-end manufacturing process.
  • Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, implement Six Sigma methodologies, and leverage data analytics for process improvements.
  • Represent the facility in executive meetings, vendor negotiations, and crisis management situations.

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in food or consumer goods. A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field is required; an MBA or advanced certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is preferred. Proven track record in P&L management, team building, and operational turnarounds is essential. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, and knowledge of automation technologies are critical for success in this dynamic environment.
