• Record test results accurately in digital systems and prepare detailed reports for quality assurance teams.
• Identify and troubleshoot deviations from standards, initiating corrective actions as needed.
• Follow strict safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during night shifts. A background in chemistry, biology, or food science is preferred. This position requires physical stamina for standing shifts and lifting samples up to 50 lbs.
