• Utilize diagnostic tools and blueprints to identify faults and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance during low-impact periods.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and maintenance schedules using CMMS software.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong knowledge of PLCs and automation systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina is required for lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various shifts, including nights and weekends. Safety compliance with OSHA standards is non-negotiable.
