Job Overview

The MFG Operations Lead - PM position at Kroger is a critical leadership role within our manufacturing operations, focusing on the afternoon/evening shift (PM). Key Responsibilities

• Enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain compliance with FDA, USDA, and Kroger standards.
• Train and develop team members, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a positive work environment.

• Analyze production data, generate reports, and recommend process improvements using lean manufacturing principles.
• Manage inventory levels, raw materials, and finished goods to support just-in-time production.
