Job Overview

The MFG Plant Operations Superintendent at Kroger oversees the daily operations of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, ensuring efficient production of high-quality food products. Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage plant production teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output goals while adhering to quality and safety protocols.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and Kroger's internal food safety standards.
• Lead root cause analysis for production issues and develop corrective action plans.

Leadership and Development

• Supervise a team of supervisors, operators, and maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Qualifications and Skills
