Job Overview

The MT. WASHINGTON PHARMACY MGR. position at Kroger is a leadership role overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy department at our Mt. Washington location. As Pharmacy Manager, you will ensure exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, and team performance while driving sales and service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all pharmacy operations including dispensing prescriptions, inventory control, and patient counseling.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of pharmacy technicians and support staff to meet performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state pharmacy laws, DEA regulations, and Kroger policies.
• Provide clinical services such as immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and health screenings.
• Collaborate with store management to optimize pharmacy performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Candidates must hold an active Pharmacist license in Kentucky and possess strong leadership abilities. Pharmacy management experience in retail settings is essential, along with proficiency in pharmacy software systems and inventory management. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient safety are critical for success in this role.
