Job Overview

Kroger, America's largest grocery retailer, is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in our state-of-the-art clinics located within select Kroger stores. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, accessible primary care services to Kroger associates and their families, promoting wellness and managing acute and chronic health conditions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical exams, and diagnostic testing.
• Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses, minor injuries, and manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.
• Prescribe medications, order and interpret lab tests, and refer patients to specialists when necessary.
• Provide preventive care, including vaccinations, health screenings, and wellness counseling.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice, with national certification (ANCC or AANP). A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, preferably in primary care or retail clinic settings. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are essential.
