Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process prescriptions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
• Perform data entry for prescriptions using pharmacy management software.
• Assist with over-the-counter product recommendations and sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must hold a valid Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) from PTCB or ExCPT. Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, drug interactions, and HIPAA regulations is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment are critical.
