Job Overview

The Pharmacy/Certified Technician at Kroger plays a vital role in our pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate dispensing of medications, exceptional customer service, and compliance with all regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in filling and dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Process insurance claims and handle customer inquiries regarding medications and services.
• Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals.
• Provide outstanding customer service, including counseling on prescription instructions and over-the-counter recommendations.
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations, including HIPAA, for patient privacy and safety.

Qualifications and Skills
