The Pharmacy/Certified Technician at Kroger plays a vital role in our pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate dispensing of medications, exceptional customer service, and compliance with all regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in filling and dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Process insurance claims and handle customer payments at the pharmacy counter.
• Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of medications.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, answering inquiries and offering over-the-counter recommendations.
• Follow all state and federal regulations, including HIPAA, for patient confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications and Skills
