- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including prescription dispensing, inventory management, and patient counseling.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state pharmacy regulations, including HIPAA and DEA standards.
- Collaborate with HR on talent development, succession planning, and conflict resolution.
- Drive immunization programs, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness initiatives to boost community health outcomes.
- Analyze pharmacy metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with store leadership to integrate pharmacy goals with overall store performance.
