Job Overview

The Pharmacy/Sr Lead Certified Technician (10) position at Kroger is a senior-level role within our pharmacy operations, responsible for leading a team of certified technicians while ensuring exceptional customer service, accurate prescription processing, and compliance with all regulatory standards. • Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies to ensure availability and minimize waste.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting patients with questions, insurance claims, and over-the-counter recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws, including HIPAA, controlled substance regulations, and Kroger's safety protocols.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must hold active state certification as a Pharmacy Technician and possess advanced leadership experience.
