Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to optimize product assortment and contribute to department budgeting and forecasting.
  • Support promotional activities, special orders, and seasonal displays to enhance customer engagement and revenue.
