• Oversee the receiving, inspection, and storage of produce deliveries to maintain product quality and minimize waste.
• Manage department merchandising, including building attractive displays, pricing products accurately, and rotating stock to ensure freshness.
• Drive sales through promotional setups, suggestive selling, and maintaining compliance with Kroger's visual standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and conduct cycle counts to support efficient operations and reduce shrinkage.
