Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for HR benefits platforms, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor benefits offerings to identify trends and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Partner with benefits vendors to negotiate contracts, optimize service delivery, and integrate new features into Kroger's ecosystem.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and requirements for benefits enrollment systems, ensuring intuitive digital experiences.
  • Measure product success through KPIs such as enrollment rates, satisfaction scores, and cost savings, iterating based on data insights.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should possess 5+ years in product management, preferably in HR tech or benefits. Strong analytical skills and experience with Agile methodologies are essential.
