• Maintain a clean and sanitary department, adhering to health and safety regulations including HACCP protocols.
• Drive sales through merchandising, promotions, and upselling complementary products like prepared seafood meals.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special orders with professionalism.
• Collaborate with store management on budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have prior retail or food service leadership experience, strong knowledge of seafood handling, and excellent communication skills.
