Job Overview

The Seafood/Dept Leader at Kroger is responsible for leading the seafood department to ensure exceptional customer service, product quality, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor product freshness, quality, and inventory levels, placing orders with suppliers to meet demand.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper handling and storage of seafood.
• Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product recommendations to enhance satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and department performance to implement improvements and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with store management on budgeting, labor costs, and overall store goals.
