Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for high-impact projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent, conducting performance reviews and career growth planning.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to define technical roadmaps aligned with Kroger's digital transformation goals.
- Champion cloud-native architectures using AWS, microservices, and DevOps pipelines to enhance scalability and reliability.
- Drive adoption of advanced technologies like AI/ML for personalized shopping experiences and predictive analytics.
Qualifications and Skills
