- Partner with law enforcement agencies for high-value cases and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Monitor and analyze shrink metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
- Train store associates on shoplifting prevention, safety procedures, and emergency response protocols.
Skills and Qualifications
