Senior Scrum Master at Kroger

Key Responsibilities
- Guide multiple Scrum teams in adopting agile best practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum framework and principles.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to foster collaboration and transparency.
- Remove impediments, manage risks, and escalate issues to senior leadership as needed.
- Coach team members on agile methodologies, including Kanban and SAFe frameworks where applicable.
- Track and report on team velocity, burndown charts, and key agile metrics to stakeholders.
- Partner with product owners to refine backlogs, prioritize features, and align with business objectives.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimizations.
- Collaborate with enterprise agile coaches to scale agile practices across Kroger's distributed teams.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of Scrum Master experience, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent, strong facilitation skills, and a passion for retail technology. Experience in large-scale retail environments is highly desirable.
