- Champion modern development practices such as microservices, cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery and improve system reliability.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent, conducting performance reviews, career planning, and technical training to build high-performing teams.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and scalability requirements for high-traffic retail platforms handling millions of transactions daily.
