The Sr Sourcing Category Management Analyst for Warehouse & Wholesalers plays a critical role in Kroger's Corporate Enterprise Sourcing team. This position focuses on strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier optimization within the warehouse and wholesaler segments to drive cost savings, efficiency, and supply chain resilience across Kroger's extensive retail network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for warehouse operations and wholesaler partnerships, including RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and spend data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, logistics, and operations to ensure alignment on sourcing initiatives.
• Monitor supplier relationships, conduct risk assessments, and implement contingency plans to maintain supply chain continuity.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in retail or wholesale environments.
