Job Overview

As a Starbucks Barista at Kroger, you will be the face of our Starbucks coffeehouse located within our grocery stores. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of Starbucks beverages including espresso drinks, teas, and blended beverages according to Starbucks recipes and standards.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment sanitation and stock replenishment.
• Handle cash and digital transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Collaborate with store team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.

Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential. You must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Food safety knowledge, such as ServSafe certification, is a plus. Kroger provides training on Starbucks procedures to set you up for success.
