Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their preferences, recommend products, and upsell menu items to enhance satisfaction and sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including brewing equipment, counters, and display cases, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments via various methods, and balance registers at the end of shifts.
• Stock inventory, rotate products to ensure freshness, and assist with merchandising to create an inviting store atmosphere.

Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, basic math abilities for transactions, and the physical stamina to stand for extended periods. Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required; Kroger provides comprehensive training through our Starbucks partnership.
