Job Overview

As a Starbucks Barista at Kroger, you will be the face of our Starbucks coffeehouse located within select Kroger store locations. You will craft high-quality beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a welcoming environment that aligns with Kroger's commitment to freshness and community. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of Starbucks beverages including espresso drinks, teas, and blended beverages according to Starbucks recipes and standards.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment sanitation and stock replenishment.
• Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with Kroger store team to support overall store operations and promotional activities.

Skills and Qualifications

Previous customer service or food service experience is preferred. You must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential. Kroger provides training on Starbucks procedures to ensure success.
