Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of Starbucks beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and blended beverages, following precise recipes and standards.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including brewing equipment, counters, and display cases, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and ensure accurate billing and change provision.
• Stock inventory, rotate products for freshness, and assist with merchandising to drive sales.
• Collaborate with store team to support overall operations and promote Kroger's Starbucks offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates have prior barista or customer-facing experience, strong multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude. Kroger provides training for Starbucks-specific procedures. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 30 lbs, and working flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
