Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of Starbucks beverages including espresso drinks, teas, and blended beverages with precision and speed.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and recommend products to enhance their experience.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the coffee bar area.
• Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
• Stock inventory, rotate products, and assist with merchandising to keep the display attractive.

Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, basic barista knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume setting. Kroger provides training for Starbucks-specific procedures. Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is essential. Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 30 pounds.
