Job Overview

As a Starbucks Barista at Kroger, you will be the face of our Starbucks coffeehouse located within our grocery stores. You will craft high-quality beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a welcoming environment to enhance the shopping experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of Starbucks beverages including espresso drinks, teas, and blended beverages according to Starbucks recipes and standards.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and upsell menu items to drive sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment sanitation and stock replenishment.
• Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and ensure accurate change and receipts.
• Collaborate with store team to support overall store operations and promotions.

Skills and Qualifications

We seek enthusiastic individuals with strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a busy environment, and a passion for coffee. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory are essential. Food safety knowledge is a plus. Kroger provides training for Starbucks-specific procedures.

Work Environment
