Job Overview

As a Starbucks Barista at Kroger, you will be the face of our Starbucks coffeehouse located within our grocery stores. You will craft high-quality beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a welcoming environment for shoppers. Baristas are responsible for delivering the Starbucks Experience by creating moments of connection and exceeding customer expectations daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and blended beverages, following Starbucks recipes and standards.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and upsell menu items to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including brewing equipment, counters, and storage areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and process payments efficiently.
• Stock inventory, rotate products to ensure freshness, and assist with merchandising displays.
• Collaborate with store team members to support overall store operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates have prior customer-facing experience, strong multitasking abilities, and a passion for coffee. Kroger provides training on Starbucks procedures.
