• Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and process payments efficiently.
• Stock inventory, rotate products to ensure freshness, and assist with merchandising Starbucks products in the store.

Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates demonstrate strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting. Prior experience in food service or retail is preferred, along with a commitment to Kroger's values of freshness, quality, and community. Baristas must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Training is provided to master Starbucks recipes and procedures.
